The regular gatherings are a 2,5hr session that are meant for men who are feeling the call to give more authentic expression to themselves and understand that a part of the greatness lies in seeking their way back to other men.
The regular gatherings are for all men who feel called to join at any moment or any situation. It is a space that will provide the right setting to relate to yourself & other men.
The regular gatherings create opportunity for men to show up, share, energise & decompress. The perfect place for a first introduction to our community.

THE ELEMENTS
Active
A lot of the understanding for men comes from first experiencing, then talking. First feel, then understand.
They are deepening, connecting, joyful & empowering.
Reflective
There's space for reflecting on oneself with the proper guidance. There’s always space for truly connecting and sharing from where you are at this moment in your life.
Your sharing offers your in-lightening and an opportunity for others to think & feel along.
Engaging
The group settings encourage engagement between men & the group.
We learn, we take advice when in consent, we give advice in realness.
So you stick as much to your truth & goal as possible.
About the Gatherings:
Our most accessible in person experience for first timers & those who wish to continue to show up but cannot guarantee all the commitment. The Regular Gatherings offer the opportunity of being conscious & present in a fast paced world. Also connecting & creating momentum with the community. A reminder that being surrounded by the right men is keeps you sharp and inspires you to step up your game.
What to expect:
A mix of new men & the 'veterans'. Theme is determined based on the facilitators & ends up to be exactly you what you need. This experience is often a chunk of the iceberg of what our longer programs offer.

For sure brother. We’re used to men showing up alone & feeling warmly received and leaving with a brotherhood afterwards. We definitely encourage you to come alone if you want to come!
