Our Gatherings are a return to something men have always known: sitting in circle, shoulder to shoulder, speaking the truth that lives within us. It’s a space where you don’t have to perform, fix, or pretend, you just show up as you are.
Together we breathe, move, and embody what’s real in the moment, whether that’s fire, stillness, shadow, or light.

Every circle is guided by a theme, yet it’s the honesty of the men present that gives it life. We lean into friction, because it sharpens our edges. We lean into contrast, because it reveals our center. We lean into polarity, because it opens the door to presence. This is not therapy, it’s practice; a discipline of brotherhood and self-mastery.
Above all, it’s a remembering: that we are stronger, clearer, and more alive when we walk this path together.

Oscar Andoni Alonso Delgado

Lead Facilitator

The founding father of The Gathering of Men. Guided over nearly 3000 people throughout his facilitation, including international gigs. Advocate for nature, human connection and integrity. Oscar believes that living life should be a ride to enjoy, by allowing us to be human and not be perfect in that. Being busy with personal development can be fun and light too. Coming with an attitude that is generally inviting and friendly, yet still being to the point. Followed by the philosophy of 'go deeper, fly higher'.

Hylke Yuka Reidsma

Lead Facilitator

Meet Yuka, the co-creator at The Gathering of Men and one of the hearts behind our culture and circles. Yuka's core mantra ''The amount of discomfort you are able to hold equals the amount of success you are able to invite in.'' A man deeply committed to truth, who creates spaces where vulnerability is strength and honesty is freedom. Driven by a genuine curiosity about what moves us beneath the surface. A piercing but gentle presence with a fierce dedication to meaningful change.
