Deep Dive Journey
A Deep Dive Journey that offers more time, quality & space to dive deeper and strengthen the bond with the brothers. A multiple day event with an overnight stay, because there’s nothing better than entering the night and waking up with the brothers. The Deep Dive Journey offers a program that builds or kickstarts ritual together that can be continued back home. A typical day consists of physical activity, sacred silence, gatherings, nature spending, 1 on 1 moments & special activity (sweat lodge, 45 min guided meditation, breath work)
A multiple day weekend spent in a private facility & surrounded by nature.
Physical Activity
We make sure we put the body to work and activate it. Apart from what will happen during gatherings and can be asked physically, we will include physical activity. A challenge, we compete, but not for results. Rather to feel that we’re alive & strong.
Sacred Silence
There’s just as much power in silence as there is in sound. The moments of sacred silence allow you to be present with what’s present for you. To feel it, to write about it, to sit with it. A group of men in silence is power.
Gatherings
The gatherings are a key pillar of the weekends. A moment to connect in group spheres and allow to come through and let go that what’s needed. It is the foundation, a conscious moment of tapping in to what’s present.
Nature Immersion
In everything we do or we become, nature will always be part of our nature. We will spend time in it and increase our awareness & responsibility in it & for it.
1 on 1 opportunities
Moments where you can check in with one of the facilitators to specifically give space to something that is still present for your and needs 1 on 1 attention.
Unique activities
Activities or ceremonies that are included in every weekend. They are a refreshing element to the weekends, varying from sweat lodge, to breath work, 45 min guided meditations.
The Facilitators
Oscar Andoni Alonso Delgado
The founding father of The Gathering of Men. Has gained his experience of working with people through travels & stepping up to the role as a facilitator & coach. He has now worked with over 200 men over the period of 2 years. Someone who tries to live by what he communicates. A baggage of 4 years of coaching, 300+ people guided in total, loves traveling and adventure, 6+ years of meditation. Always tries to bring in the lightness of life and joy into his gatherings.
Guillermo Armand Blinker
This brother has been with us since the beginning. For us our Shaman, Music Alchemist & a true ceremony leader when it comes to gatherings. An observant of the game and steps in at the right moment with the right questions & interventions. His presence is always felt. Combining sound, movement, inquiry & ritual into the gatherings. Guillermo has a successful career as an artist & brings in the divine & ritual aspects of life.

For us this is a 100% yes. We’ve had men coming in for many times and decided to host afterwards. Realising that it is a whole different ballgame. Many more factors at play & one of the biggest is yourself. Being a facilitator at a gathering is more complex than a participant/guest for many reasons. We’ll dedicate specific time to this during the course.
For this initiatory journey no. This will provide you a clear overview on creating a structured and organized journey while also holding yourself. To intervene is a next level to the course. For that you need more time & first create a truly safe space.
Possibly. If we feel we’re a good match we can initiate and progress further on working together. This will also serve if you start your own men’s gathering. You can explicitly state after signing up if you want to do it for us and by that time we will assess whether the time is there or not.
