Authentic Dance Workshop _ stepping away from how it looks like and stepping into the space of what feels right. Inviting men to enter the space of joy and expression. Where the circle and the space was shared in encouragement and not in battling. On the contrary, meeting each other. Allowing ourselves to be. Because this form of movement is nothing else than giving ourselves an opportunity to move towards a form of self love and acceptance. Accepting that judgement is there, allowing to move anyways. Holding space for others to be their true self, free from judgement with full support, respect and understanding which eventually may be the reflecting off community building.
